Reservations for staying at our hotel can be made through our website. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the user receives confirmation by e-mail. Payment can be made at the reception by card or in cash. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of the reservation is possible without charge. Please inform us of the cancellation by e-mail info@arsvilla.com or by calling +381 66 8778774 as soon as possible.

2. Prices and Fees

All prices on the website are expressed in dinars and may change without prior notice. The room price includes basic services, while taxes (such as residence tax) may be charged additionally in accordance with legislation.

3. User Rights and Obligations

Users are obliged to respect all the house rules of the hotel, including but not limited to rules of conduct, use of common areas, as well as all requests made by hotel staff. Users are responsible for the behavior of all persons who are with them during their stay in the hotel. It is forbidden:

Using hotel services for illegal purposes.
Bringing dangerous substances into rooms or common areas.
Excessive noise or disturbing other guests.
Smoking in the rooms.

4. Responsibility

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of the user’s personal belongings during their stay. We recommend users to keep valuables in safe places and use safes in the rooms, if available.

Your privacy is very important to us. All personal data you provide when booking will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties except when legally required or with your consent.

6. Changes and Termination of Terms of Use
